5.1. We offer home visits for mold-taking and complimentary delivery of the final product.
5.2. The estimated delivery time for the final product is approximately 4-6 weeks after mold-taking.

6.1. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been processed.
