What if I don't have the photo ready yet?

No worries! If you don't have the photo ready at the time of ordering, you can still proceed with the casting process. Simply provide the photo later when it becomes available, and we'll incorporate it into your customized 3dPortrait.

The entire process was seamless. The staff was highly skilled and patient, handling the baby’s constant movement with great care while creating the hand and foot cast. I chose his service based on the positive Google reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed. He is very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. The mould-taking process was quick and efficient. He provided a preview of the design and was open to making any requested changes. The frame was well-protected upon delivery. Although there were minor discrepancies (like font type), he promptly fixed them. He even came to my house to collect the frame, reprinted it, and returned it within a few hours. I was very impressed with his after-sale service. I highly recommend his service!

Found 3Dportait through Instagram & like the designs that was offered. Yanto is very easy communicate with and replies promptly. The mould making process was quite quick and he was able to calm my newborn at ease as it was his nap time! He even offered to redo the mould as he felt that the hand gesture could be better. The frame was bubble wrapped very well upon delivery. I highly recommend his service!
